Write a 2 to 3 page paper illustrating how to effectively and efficiently report on the scope, cost, and schedule of a project to the different stakeholder groups.

Use at least two peer-reviewed sources (Example: The Project Management Journal published by PMI®) in additional to any references from the class textbooks (Project Management Communication Tools, Project Management: The Managerial Process) for a minimum of three references and address the following:

Use at least one figure and at least one table in your paper to provide examples. Make sure the figures and tables conform to the current APA format.

Cite (and reference) the rationale for each strategy.
