2. The information required to write the business report is found in the company’s Annual Report, which is available online. Information from any other source including the company’s website can also be used. All the above companies are listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX).

 Vertical analysis of Assets in Balance Sheet over two years (2014 and 2015). Provide observations about changes in the relative composition of Assets in common-size Balance Sheets.

 Horizontal analysis of Assets in Balance Sheet over two years (2014 and 2015). Identify items that experience the largest change from one year to the next.

 Calculations of one ratio from each of the following ratio categories:

 Liquidity
 Solvency
 Profitability

o You should calculate ratios for two years (2014 and 2015), total 6 ratio calculations.

o Explain each ratio giving details of what the ratio means and how the calculation and comparison of each ratio will help the company’s decision making.

o Analyse your results for each ratio over the two years.

 Advice to potential investors about investing in this particular company with reasons based on your analyses.

 Conclusion
