Objectives:

• Describe the value of the ECG in the evaluation of the following situations
• Chest pain
• Palpitations
• Syncope
• Congestive heart disease
• hypertension
• Screening for asymptomatic coronary artery disease
• Describe the limitation of ECG in each of the above clinical situations
• Describe the role of ECG in the health maintenance examination

Goal-2:

To provide appropriate recovery of post-surgical patient.

Objectives can be based on:

• Pain
• Fluid in and out
• Vitals
• Wound site
