However, the ideal length of a thesis statement ranges between one to two lines. A writer must express his/her position with regard to the main topic briefly yet comprehensively.

Make your thesis statement clear and specific. An ideal thesis statement is limited to the size of your content and the topic of study. In most cases, when the topic of study is vague, it becomes difficult to develop a thesis statement that is specific to the main point of discussion.

It is also important to review the content after writing to ensure that the thesis statement matches the content. In most cases, the point of the essay or research becomes clear as you write.
