Women Empowerment

Three things should be kept in mind while addressing the main objectives and formulating the questions in mind:
1. The research paper should be relevant to managers operating in an international and global arena as I am pursuing Msc International management and global business
2. Research topic must be empirical. I have my ethics approval done. As per my conversation with my professor i can use snowball sampling in conducting my research and i have a list of people whom i can address for my dissertation My initial proposal Women Empowerment through Leadership and network_original has been attached. which was again modified. Refer Empowering women end of poverty_modified However both the documents remain inconsistent in addressing a new research area, questions and objectives. According to my supervisor the research should focus of case studies of social entrepreneurship from South Africa and India.(comparative) I have ethics approval done from the university I study from and know academicians and NGO and NPO heads from both India and South Africa and will be able to conduct interviews, given a proper guideline for the same. Again my area of interest for later pursuing Phd is strategic marketing and therefore would like to focus on areas like ethical consumption, environmental management and sustainability, innovation, impact of technology. For instance, the topic can be measure of women empowerment as a component of ethical consumption, environmental management. How beneficial managerial implications are in fair trade; green marketing etc. But the research has to be really in depth; analytical,; evidence of scholarly judgement; there should be realistic need for research in this area; Explore one area of program in depth. 3. Critical usage and analysis of published work and source materials. The paper should reflect the awareness of how he or she knows how to find and evaluate documentary information. This will help you set the standard of the paper. I am only looking for distinction level services(A1). Currently I am in India and can actively research around the topic of dissertation Note: I am placing an order of 5000 words and after reviewing the satisfaction level of my supervisor, would like to extend another 4000 words as my Research paper have a word limit of 9000 words as the main body of text.
