The effect of FSH on prenatal follicle development

i did an experiment in lab used mouse follicles to examine how FSH effects on it and took images for 0, 1, 2, 3 days, i will upload guide and instructions. methods have been done also i will upload the steps i would like you to write the methods as showed in the guid in 5 steps no need to explain it briefly, and please explain in part 5 how statistical analysis was done using t-test, and other equation for QPCR
results should include graphs and i put the measurements of follicles that requires t-test and then a graph must be done
