Identification the Job Nature by Analysis the Heavy Metal Using Hair and Nail O

Human exposure to heavy metals has escalated dramatically due to the increased rate of industrialization, mining activities, urbanization, catalyst use, inorganic fertilizer and pesticide use and vehicular traffic. This has led to the advancement of the analysis techniques used in assessing the levels of heavy metals in humans. One of the most reliable and accurate elemental analysis techniques involves the use of fingernails and scalp hair as bio-indicators. The aim of this study is to conduct selected heavy metal analysis using fingernail and scalp hair samples of subjects according to the occupations, then classified them to use as referencing value in field of forensic toxicology.
Employee have multiple occupational exposure to the heavy metal, for example mechanics and lap technician also the people live in the boats …
From forensic toxicology point view, can we know the jobs of the people using hair and nail heavy metal analysis such as Al, Cd, Cr, Co, Cu, Fe, Pb , Mn, Ni, V and Zn? For example, if we find died people can we know their jobs? supposed the police ask someone about the job and he or she said: I’m mechanics can we investigate the hair and nail heavy metal and provide the police complete report about his job
 Hair and nail have fluctuation results, effected by many reason, and therefore does not accept as evidence in many counters as a court evidence.
 I’ll use ICPMS or AAS.

The analysis of the amount of selected elements in human scalp hair and fingernails has become increasingly popular in evaluating environmental exposure, monitoring heavy metal poisoning, diagnosing illnesses and assessing nutritional status, but not in forensic toxicology because of legal issues in some countries.

Short story to clear the idea: in my city we have around 5 people missed, they are international so we don’t know exactly the reason, could they return back to their home country or criminal reason also we don’t have relevant like parent or children to use the DNA to identify them? We found one died roughly three months ago, one of the missed people was mechanics…
