A presentation about team building theory in the book “It’s your ship”. Use the theory provide in “making the team: a guide for managers, 5th, Leigh.L Thompson” to explain what happened in “It’s your ship”.
Format would be: provide the theory in Thompson first, then explain what did the captain do to realize the theory. If there is no related theory in Thompson, only explain the story in the ship.
