Supporting Change within Organisations (3SCO)

1. A short introduction to the organisation

Brief introduction on ADCO (how many year in the market, how many employees ( around 8600) and it main customer) use the below link

2. An explanation of why your organisation needs to change identifying at least 6 internal and external

Refer to ADCO when taking about the internal and external influence

3 internal:

Give 3 example and how it drive change

3 external: (how each of the below drive change)

1. Economic: oil price how it affected the cost cutting in organisation such as budget and training
2. Technology:
3. Political:

3. Explain at least 3 ways change affects Organisations

Explain each with examples

1. Strategic change
2. Operational change
3. Transformational change

4. A description that compares at least 3 approaches to change with the process in use within the organisation.

Explain each approach

1. Force Field Analysis – Kurt Lewin
2. Lewin’s Model – Unfreeze, Change, Refreeze
3. Beckhard’s Model–Change Programme Processes

Then talk about ADCO approach in change and which of the above model is closer to ADCO the following is ADCO process (refer also to the power point slide )
