3 internal:

- Explain at least 3 ways change affects Organisations
Explain each with examples
- Strategic change
- Operational change
- Transformational change
- A description that compares at least 3 approaches to change with the process in use within the organisation.
Explain each approach
- Force Field Analysis – Kurt Lewin
- Lewin’s Model – Unfreeze, Change, Refreeze
- Beckhard’s Model–Change Programme Processes
Then talk about ADCO approach in change and which of the above model is closer to ADCO the following is ADCO process (refer also to the power point slide )
