1. Go to www.ihi.gov 2. Register and log in (free of charge) 3. Go to Education at the top of the screen 4. Click on open school 5. Click on â Take a courseâ on the left of the screen 6. Click on University students and professors 7. Click on â click here to browse the courses and get startedâ 8. Go down and select patient safety module 9. Select at least 5 lessons from the 3 categories: a. Patient safety b. Leadership c. Patient centered care 10. Go through the course online. After you answer the end of the lesson questions you will be given the certificate. 11. Please put the 5 certificates in one email and send it to me with an email indicating â IHI certificatesâ in the subject. Each certificate is worth 2 points
