Report of implementing an innovation activity

This assessment task is 1200 words in total. The question is:

Report and critically discuss the processes of ‘implementing’ your innovation activity (identified in assessment task 1). Justify
your response with evidence from the scholarly literature, course material, class discussions, and your own reflections. In the report include the following:

A brief description of how the innovation has been implemented using action learning
An outline of the key processes and the roles of the key stakeholders
A discussion of how participants engaged and responded to the initiative
The main challenges you faced when driving innovation
The key differences in your experience between what actually happened and the theory
