Is there a relationship between gender and academic achievement in college level mathematics?

Use the following research questions to complete the assignment:

RQ1: Does Dr. W’s “Math Wiz Program” increase high school students’ mathematics scores on the state graduation exam?

RQ2: Is there a relationship between gender and academic achievement in college level mathematics?

RQ3: What percentage of military flight students are female?

1. First, determine whether these research questions are descriptive, correlational, or causal. Explain.
2. Next, identify the research variables embedded within each research question—specifying the independent variable(s) and the dependent variable(s).
3. Specify if each research variable is a discrete variable OR a continuous variable.
   • Then specify the level of measure: Nominal, Ordinal, Interval, or Ratio
4. Finally, formulate the corresponding nulland alternative research hypotheses for each research question.
