Provide 1 paragraph description of the individual and impressionistic summary of their symptom profile. this individual can be someone you know, someone, you’ve read about (fictitious is ok), yourself – it doesn’t matter. But pick someone who you think has suffered from an anxiety disorder, major depression, or schizophrenia. in this description, refer to the individual only by an initial, and indicate the age and gender. Then describe – in broad strokes why you think they may suffer from one of these disorders

Provide 1 paragraph application of the relevant DSM criteria, and indicate wether you think the person would be diagnosed with the disorder of interest.

Provide a 2 paragraph treatment plan, picking 2 treatments that you would consider. Justify each treatment. Select 2 treatments even if you do not think the individual would be diagnosed using the DSM (sometimes we intervene even if diagnostic criteria are not met)
