Answer the following questions please don’t separate: Why is it important to have the project team members become involved in the development of the WBS? Provide an example (from your personal experience or otherwise) in which the team was involved in creating the WBS. Was this a success or failure? Explain why or why not.
Compare and contrast the main approaches for developing a WBS. Which approach do you feel is most user-friendly? Explain your answer.
What are the benefits of being able to assign tasks to team members? How does a responsibility matrix help assign tasks?
