• Congo and any colonize country in latin America ( Jamaica)
• What replace the colonial power when the European left?
• Wo sides: governmental structure that are in place-huge rule on NGOs in developing countries
• To what extend are NGOs breaking with the colonial past?
• To what extend are they continuing it?
• Look to what extend are NGOs in developing countries helping to build strong autonomy independent gov’t institutions and to what extend are they messing them up?
• Role of NGOs in these countries ( Nigeria congo and Jamaica)

• To what extend did they help the gov’t build a capcity to address crisis like theses virus. And to what extend did they just show off the gov’t out of their way?
