What does the ownership structure of the firm look like – insiders, institutional investors, activist investors, individuals?

The company you will be working on is Amazon.com Inc. Please proceed to answer the following questions in essay format.

1. When and where was the company incorporated and what exchange is it listed on? How many classes of common stock shares does the company have? You can find the information in their 10-K report.

2. Who are the top five executives and what does their compensation structure look like? To answer this question, read the SEC filing DEF14A.
