Students will create an applied project based on an administration/management issue relevant to their currrent (or former) workplace or profession. It should be an examination of an issue that is relevant to operational practice and performance which has a potential solution with a recommendation. The paper should be prepared as if it was an internal consulting report to be presented to the organization’s decision makers. This project should include references that relate to your selected topic from the various ADM courses that you have taken in the degree program. The paper is a minimum of 10 pages with at least three (3) scholarly references from peer reviewed sources. See Embedded Assignment Rubric for grading criteria.
