I need to model an ideal gas in Matlab however I have no idea what I’m doing any chance someone could help me?

The code needs to produce a real time simulation and ideal involve collisions with walls and other particles. It can be in 2D and it might also be a good idea to manage the temperature gradient i.e. energy of the particles.
