Create an Original Model (See Page 9 in 11th edition): The individual assignment here is to discuss an original model of communication. What would it look like? It is not necessary to draw the model here. You simply need to describe it in detail. In the past, some people have found photographs of objects that they have posted as their model. Last semester one student found an animation of a little machine that was creating something. He discussed how that machine was much like the communication process.
