Management of Change

So basically i have to write a report based on the key issues and the change process that are there in the case that i will upload. After finding they key issues and the change the company went through i have to relate them to the theories that they have taught us ( i will also upload what they have taught us ) so basically for example if the company went through emotions while changing you should relate it to the chapter that has emotions of change and apply those theories.

Below is the requirement by the teacher:
Assessment Task will comprise a Case Report on Alaska case. In your brief report of 1000 words, please identify the key change management issues and present your analyses and recommendations. Students are expected to base their analyses of the case on all the concepts as discussed in class(uploaded) in addition to the assigned readings.(uploaded)

Assessment of the Case Report will be based on the following criteria:
DIAGNOSING THE PROBLEMS AND ANALYZING THE CASE (25 MARKS)
• Identifying and analyzing the problems, challenges and issues specific to change management as found in the case
• Identify the enablers and blocks of change
• Apply relevant theoretical frameworks and scholarly literature(this is important means all information should be scholarly literature) to analyze the case?

And at the end please provide RECOMMENDATIONS (15marks)
• As a manager, suggest what can the organizations do to manage the changes?
• Discuss how the change process could have been managed better. What kinds of
organizational interventions can be introduced for managing the changes?
• Recommendations must be based on key issues as identified in your analyses, and supported by key themes in change literature
