Write a 4 page paper describing the application of interest arbitration with regard to public sector employment. Within the assignment describe a recent high profile bargaining process between a union and a public sector employment organization (hospital, police, air traffic controllers, teachers) in which issues were not resolved and the unresolved issues were sent to an impartial arbitrator for a final decision.
