Prior to posting to this discussion thread, visit the Project Implicit Website and complete an Implicit Association Test (IAT). The IAT measures implicit attitudes and beliefs that people are either unwilling or unable to report. According to the authors, implicit attitudes equate to hidden personal biases.

3. Click TAKE A TEST at the top of the page.
4. Read the Preliminary Information and then click the I wish to proceed link at the bottom of the page.
5. Select a test of your choice from the available options (e.g., Asian IAT, Race IAT, etc.).
6. Complete the test and make note of your results. If you are interested in learning more about yourself, complete several IATs.

In this discussion, you will analyze the results of your IAT.

NOTE: It is not necessary to list the specific results of your IAT. The focus of this discussion is what you learned about yourself, not whether you have any biases.

After completing the IAT and reviewing your results, answer the following questions:

1. 1. What did you learn about yourself?
2. 2. Do you have any biases?
3. 3. If you do have a bias, were you aware of your bias, or was it a hidden bias?
4. 4. What steps can you take to minimize or eliminate your biases?

Provide specific examples to support your claims.

**Include introduction and conclusion.**

Write in APA!!!!!!!

• Use APA style format
• Write 3-4 well-developed paragraphs in which the above questions are answered
• Include a minimum of 2 in text citations with references at the end of the post
