Impacts of involving Teachers in Leadership in Riyadh City, Saudi Arabia

4.1 Introduction

In this chapter, the results of analysis are presented from the responses collected via interviews with teachers from schools in Riyadh city in Saudi Arabia. The purpose of this study was to determine the impacts of involving teachers in leadership in Riyadh city. The researcher conducted interviews to eight teachers from two different schools. The data was analysed using Statistical Package of Social Sciences (SPSS).  The results were presented according to objective of the study.
