For sections 1 and 2, provide some explanatory text of the features that you have identified on the sections 1 and 2. Identify at a minimum the T cell and B cell

zones, germinal centre, capsule, red pulp, trabeculae in the spleen and the cortex, medulla, cortico-medullary junction and capsule in the thymus
In the case of sections 3 and 4, identify differences in the appearance of these sections when compared with the healthy tissue examined on slides 1 and 2. Comment on

these differences in this section.

Discussion:
Give reasons for identifying your sections. Discuss from which of the three animal models listed above that you think your sections have been obtained and why. Give

reasons why your sections can not have been derived from mice with the remaining two pathologies. Use references wherever necessary.
