After reading about literacies, apply your knowledge to explaining the political cartoon by Phil Hands of the Wisconsin State Journal. Who is the audience for this cartoon? Be specific: what is the age, gender, political view, etc. of the audience?  Be sure to explain the message in the political cartoon by describing the symbols and emotions.
