Review the Project Management at Six Flags video (see link below), the lecture notes, and the course readings and answer the following: What are the key aspects of project management, and how do they relate to your job (Health Administration)? Support your viewpoint by quoting examples from the video, lectures, and readings.
In addition, explain the differences between project management and program management. Illustrate your comparative analysis using examples from the video and readings.

Review the Project Management at Six Flags video (see link below) in the light of the project management basics you’ve learned this week. Was the company’s project management strategy able to adequately deal with the triple constraints—time, budget, and scope? Why or why not? What changes in the company’s approach would you suggest for better results?
