Develop Vendor Evaluation Benchmark

You have been notified that your organization will supplement your budget with the acquisition of 50 desktop computers.
The computers must be all-in-one desktop computers. These computers must be of a high enough quality to give the teams high resolution for design, fast processing speed for the CAD software and test applications, memory and storage to handle two operating systems (one being UNIX), and the capability to seamlessly handle MS Office applications.
Research the Internet for at least four vendors that sell all-in-one desktop computers. (Yes, there are at least four vendors out there that sell all-in-one computers.)
Using MS Excel, or a template from the Internet that addresses ALL of the rubric criteria, build a Vendor Evaluation Benchmark listing your evaluation criteria down the first column and at least four commercial laptop manufacturers across the top row. Identify the criteria that are the most important and give them heavier weights in the second column. Remember, cost is also a consideration, making a total of five criteria a minimum.
 Conduct research for additional examples of a competitor array chart.
 Ensure that you build your benchmark with ALL required formulae.
 Identify your selected vendor based on your metrics and justify your decision with verifiable metrics.
