Summary: Critical evaluation of a research paper on an aspect of contemporary management theory.

• Critically evaluate and analyse the implications for management of emerging trends, technologies, ideas and theories

• Critically evaluate the principles and theories of creative thinking in the development of personal and organisational strategy.

• Develop creative responses to challenges encountered both individually and within teams

Assessment Task:
Students must select one research paper from a number of options made available to them on the Hub.

Students are required to develop a framework of factors from the literature which contribute to effective management and to use this as a basis on which the paper may be evaluated.
