2. Design a questionnaire which measures the performance, skills and behaviours of the Head Coach. This questionnaire is to be completed by all high performance staff and players associated with the day to day operations of the Marlin’s organisation. Please refer to the (Cote and Mallet reference – Coaching Behaviour Rating Scale)
Include summary tables and graphs (if appropriate), referencing should be in APA format
This assignment has a number of actions required:
1. Define the objective, terms of reference and outcomes from the review as well as provide some background information on your sport, sporting club or organisation 2. Collect and collate information and data from the appropriate stakeholders 3. Conduct a situational analysis and identify opportunities and risks which need to be addressed in the future 4. Make some key recommendations with rationale 5. Provide a conclusion which indicates a timeline and a set of priorities prepare a report or presentation to the board members or key stakeholders in the sport, sporting club or organisation:  This can be in two forms:
1. Executive Report (with appendices – evidence to support recommendations including methodology and any feedback received from stakeholders)
The final report should contain the following elements:
• Brief background and identify objectives of review
• Methods to collect information and conduct review (e.g. Set up an Independent expert panel or a sports specific advisory group
• Findings (summary of information collected (tables, graphs etc)
• Key recommendations and rationale
• Conclusion with key points and key recommendations
