Write a query to answer the business question: List the registered Dogs sold between Feb 18, 2004 and June 29, 2004 that have Black or Blue as part of their color, but not Brown? Return only the name and color in the result set. (use Sally Pet Store)

(Use AP) Write a SELECT statement that returns five columns from three tables, all using column aliases: Vendor Name column named Vendor, Invoice Date column named Date of Invoice (include the spaces), Invoice Number column named Number, Invoice Sequence column named #, Invoice Line Item Amount column named Line Item Amount (include the spaces). Also assign the following table alias names to the tables: Vendors table named v, Invoices table named i, Invoice Line Items table named ili. List only data for the Line Item Amounts greater than $3,000 but less than $20,000 and Vendor names that begin with D or M or U or Y. Sort the final result set by Line Item Amount descending, Vendor descending, Date of Invoice ascending, Number ascending, and # ascending.

Use the UNION operator to generate a result set consisting of two columns from the SPS_Customer and SPS_City tables: Name (which consists of a concatenation of last name and first name with a comma space separating them ex. Baez, Bessie) and State (which is a string text label). If the customer is in ‘NV’, ‘WY’ the State value should be Old West Region if the customer is in ‘KY’,’TN’, ‘WV’, ‘VA’,  the State value should be Southern Appalachia Region if the customer is in ‘MA’, ‘MI’,  ‘WI’ the State value should be Northern Ice Region. For all of the cities where customers do not live list 6 columns: list the city name, state, the 1990 population, the 1980 population, the difference between the 1990 and 1980 populations labeled Growth, a column calculating projected year 2050 taking into account a growth of 85% labeled Population2050Projected. Sort the data by growth largest to smallest. Show only the 8 cities with the largest growth rate that are not in California (CA) or Texas (TX). (use SallyPet Store)
5. Create 2 new tables in the AP database Items and Item Rating. The Items table should have a surrogate key with automatic sequential numbering, and the following fields (Item Description variable text max of 50, Item Price with appropriate data type, IR Name as a foreign key maps to primary key of Item Rating table enforcing referential integrity). The Item Rating table should have one field IR Name variable text max of 30 as the primary key and no other fields.
