What is a paraphilia? From a classical conditioning point of view, paraphilias are caused by incorrect associations. Choose a specific paraphilia and discus how the paraphilia might have developed/been caused from a classical conditioning point of view.  For example, if you are describing someone who is “turned on” by black tennis shoes, you would describe what the USC is, the CS, UCR, and CR. Then describe how a paraphilia could develop from an operant conditioning point of view, based on reinforcements and/or punishments.  Please use the specific language of operant and classical conditioning.
