Order Description
Choose a task or an activity, perform a risk assessment for it and suggest possible corrective actions that may prevent the accidental scenarios identified from happening.
The task can be any task:
Choose one you know well, or have access to people who know it well
It should be complex enough to break down into at least 10 steps, but don’t choose one that is too complicated
Some examples:
