And compare it with a successful company in the same industry sector eg compare Merlin entertainement with walt Disney ( compare only with the theme park and in Europe)

All of the above companies are or have been facing financial and or structural difficulties in the relatively recent past. Some of them have folded whilst others are shutting down in the near future eg Ford and Holden.

Your task is to identify what those difficulties have been, why they have got into those difficulties and your solutions to their problems and deliver a report . Similarly, identify how their competitors have remained successful despite increased competition.
