After completing the reading for the week, you will analyze the Epistles. They are to analyze one letter from Paul’s pastoral epistles and one of the general epistles. The analysis should address the following questions:

• Who were the recipients of the letter?
• What was the relationship of the writer to the recipients?
• What was the purpose or reason for the letter?
• How would the letter be applicable in 21st century America?
• How would it relate to you in your ministry or life?

You are to write these responses as an essay paper that should include 750-1,000 words. For each Letter address include at least 3 citation from the textbook, and 3 from the document, “The New Testament for English Readers” or the document, “Studies in the General Epistles”. You may include other reliable sources. Wikipedia is not a recognized source. The paper is to be in APA format.
