Ajima is part of a five-member group at her company. The group is responsible for making
presentations and creating reports. To get the group started, Ajima tries to get to know
everybody on her team. Without any discussion of leadership, she starts allocating tasks
to the members of her group; this is met by resistance and conflict. Eventually however, the group begins to understand Ajima’s leadership style and starts forming ties with each other and with Ajima. At the end of this stage, they start agreeing on common rules for
