If an acceptable resolution is not forthcoming from the meeting, what are the next steps the university should take to resolve the matter – that is, what next steps with respect to Rick and what next steps with respect to Amy?

Read The Computer Use Problem located in your student materials. (see attachment) Write a 1,400- to 1,750- word paper addressing the following issues: (Must be in APA format) 1. The role of cyberspeech and the First Amendment. 2. Whether there was an issue pertaining to sexual harassment and the University’s potential liability. 3. Any Title IX issues that may arise and result in a cause of action against State University. 4. Any Title VII issues that may arise and result in a cause of action against State University. 5. Provide suggestions for possible dispute resolutions in conjunction with the University’s legal department. 6. Provide suggestions for any institutional policy changes. 7. Include any case law annotations (including citations) that may be relevant to the aforementioned questions from your Weeks 1-8 required and recommended readings. 8.
