A Tale of Two Stories

Recall a time in your experiences in a job, internship, club, team project, etc. when your values conflicted with what you were expected to do and you spoke up and acted (or did not act) to resolve the conflict. (Note: Choosing Part 2, or “not acting”, will not deduct any points)

If you select Part 1:
1. What did you do, and what was the impact?
2. What motivated you to speak up and act?
3. How satisfied are you? How would you like to have responded?
4. What would have made it easier for you to speak/act?

If you select Part 2:
1. What happened?
2. Why didn’t you speak up or act? What would have motivated you to do so?
3. How satisfied are you? How would you like to have responded?
4. What would have made it easier for you to speak/act?
