A study of a plate-cavity coupling induced boom noise and countermeasures

in this chapter we discuss the literature review of vehicle cabin induced boom noise (low frequency 50-300 Hz). in this thesis the vehicle cabin simplified to plate-cavity system model.the literature will cover specific sections as following:
section 1: characterization of vehicle cabin noise induced boom noise.
section 2: discuss the structural-acoustic coupling phenomena.
section 3: discuss the deterministic methods which include analytical and numerical methods.
section 4: Hybrid methods
section 5: experimental methods
section 6: conclusions
