Order Description

a) Develop an auditor evaluation and training procedure
Referring to the guidelines in ISO 19011:2003, you are required to develop and submit a procedure for the evaluation and training of auditors. The procedure must include an evaluation process, evaluation criteria, evaluation methods, process/es for conducting evaluations and training and qualification and experience requirements for auditors and associated levels.

b) Research and provide advice and training.
Referring to Section 5 of ISO 19011:2003, you are required develop a training step by step presentation that will provide advice and training to your audit team of each clause Section 5 Managing an Audit Programme.
