You are expected to identify and discuss the legal issues in order to determine whether Taylor has a legal course of action against MME Ltd, Recruitment Solutions and Brammer & Brammer Ltd. Your discussion will include an examination of the business relationship/status of Taylor in relation to each of these entities. You will include a discussion of the liabilities and/or claims at common law, workers compensation and the relevant health and safety Act and any other relevant legislation. To illustrate the principles of law, appropriate case law must be used in your discussion and analysis.
