I want to create a GUI application in C# that allows users to chat over a TCP connection.

I want the users to be able to register and they will be able to log in again after logging out without having to re-register.

There will be a general chatroom to start where all the users can communicate and then they can start private conversations with other users.

In the private conversations, you can add more than one member to the private chat.

I would like this done in Visual Studio 2015
