Please create a document that explicitly lays out the business process and procedures. We will build on this document moving forward as we come up with new processes and procedures so that it can be communicated to the team members. The Partnership Contract does not serve this purpose. This document you will create is more so for day to day operation.

You can write process and procedures for the below three topics:
1. Meetings: Principal Partners Meetings and All Partners Meeting
2. Rotating Meeting Assignment
3. Deposit method (Paypal, Billpay)
