xamine how Yelp, Inc could be prosecuted by our government for their unfair business practices (google “yelp extortion”) which amount to extortion

My goal is to examine how Yelp, Inc could be prosecuted by our government for their unfair business practices (google “yelp extortion”) which amount to extortion. There have been lawsuits against Yelp but they have been dismissed on civil procedure grounds.
An idea would be to treat/view Yelp as an organized crime-type organization and approach it from that angle.
The topic can be tinkered with.
