Write a position statement from your groups’ perspective- OncyPharm Ltd

The setting is based in a full-coverage public insurance-based health system. In this system, universal coverage exists, however additional private insurances can be offered to the people. OncyPharm Ltd. has called for pressconference to announce the following.
Assume that: Several international pharmaceutical companies are competing in the field of oncology and have equivalent drugs on the market. One company, OncyPharm Ltd., decides to a) buy a chain of oncology clinics and to b) set up a chain of ambulatory oncology practices. Above that the company decides to c) buy an insurance and offer an optional additional insurance (added value services) for patients for additional homecare service in case of palliative care1 (this ist so far not covered by the public health insurance).
