i already finished target market and swot, I will make a short explain to you.
1. What is ir system?
Radio Interface Communication System
Current systems utilize a device that is situated on the individuals face mask and chest.
2. The reason we produce it.
Current products offering direct auditory input are accessory equipment pieces as opposed to a total headgear/communication system.

First accounts of individuals (firefighters) that use current technology express that there is a need for a better communication system that has a headpiece for both input/ output communication.
