Write a letter of reference for an employee who has left your company and has had employment/performance history (some of it problematic). Create a set of facts about this employee with both positive and negative aspects, and write what you would disclose and what you would not disclose if asked by a new employer for information.Please respond to the two post in the attachment and provide sources as well to each response.
