You work as a consultant for SafetyFirst, a company which specialises in providing safety solutions to organisations working in high risk industries. For the last few months you have been working closely with Sacred Heart Hospital to assess their safety culture. Based on an analysis of safety culture surveys and interviews with a sample of employees at Sacred Heart, it is clear that this organisation has a poor safety culture.
