You are required to write a 2000 word report that constitutes advice to a Project Director relating to a specific topic: Document Control and Management in Projects. The context of the report is that you are a management consultant assisting a company review its project operations. Specifically, you are looking at the importance of documentation and document control and how document management can help the project management office run better operations. The Project Director of the firm has requested that you provide a best practice report to her on how her project managers can better produce, utilise and control project documents.
