Complete an essay in which you present the findings of your observations, along with recommendations for physical improvements that could be made to the environment. In your essay you will use scholarly literature to explain why the changes you recommend are important in supporting people with dementia to remain as independent as possible in their community.

This information should be linked to the impact of cognitive and physical changes that occur in dementia, and how the physical design features recommended can contribute to an enabling environment for people living with this syndrome.
