a) Using previously done Project Time management analysis, Estimate planed start and finishing date for each activity along the critical path.

iv) Perform Forecast analysis by calculating: Budget at completion (BAS); Estimate at Completion (EAS); Estimate to complete (ETC) and Variance at Completion(VAC)
v) Calculate “To Complete Performance Index” and give a comment
